Separate private from work logins

For this, we recommend to activate a private account in heylogin. Please choose a private email address for this to separate it from your organization accounts. You can change this email address at any time in your account settings.

Backup

Please note that you have to protect your private account from possible loss of your smartphone. This is especially important since your private account is separately encrypted from your the organizations. An admin in an organization can only recover your access to this organization, it does not recover your private account. Find out how to backup your private account here.
