Can I prevent my team members from viewing the passwords?

Yes, that's what our permissions are for. With them you can not only assign admins, but also restrict access for team members. With the setting "Login only" they can use passwords via autofill, but not view them in the webapp or browser extension. You can find a detailed explanation here.
