heylogin does not work without a smartphone, but you can take several precautions to continue logging in even if you lose your smartphone.

You can export your logins at any time. To do so, click on your username in the bottom left corner of the web app. Now click on "Settings" and select the option "Export". Your login data will now be exported as a CSV file. It is best to store them on an external data carrier.

With this file, in case of loss, you can at least still copy and paste the accesses until you transfer your account to a new device with the backup code.
